4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at 388k is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We currently support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. At the time of withdrawal, bonus balance and cash balance in the account are calculated separately.
4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection
388k reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Additional identity verification may be required in such cases.
4.4 Currency and Taxes
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable taxes or government fees are the responsibility of the user. 388k does not provide tax advice.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 General Gaming Terms
All games and betting activities available on 388k are conducted entirely for entertainment purposes. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the associated bet will be considered void.
- 388k is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
- The rules of the software provider operating the game also apply.

5.2 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA, various leagues), and other sports, the official result of the event will be considered final. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the related bets may be voided.
5.3 Fair Play Policy
388k is committed to fair play. Any form of manipulation, use of bots, automated software, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be suspended immediately and winnings may be forfeited.

- Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
- Registering using false or fabricated information.
- Conducting fraudulent activity using bonus benefits.
- Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Providing fraudulent assistance to minors.
